1) Land At, Woodbury Lane, Norton – Wychavon District Council application ref: 20/01138/FUL

Erection of building comprising 4,361m2 of Class B1 office accommodation together with ancillary vehicle parking, landscaping and drainage.

The Parish Council has objected to this application.

N.B. The Parish Council along with other consultees can only object on “material considerations” not on the desirability of any application. In this case an accompanying letter was also attached to express our dismay regarding the inadequacy of planning application policy in the light of the current SWDP, SWDP Review and our emerging Neighbourhood Plan.

Amended site layout and design of proposed buildings and landscaping proposals
